Cycle path is broken up by cars coming off the dual carriageway into the hotel (before a barrier). So a cyclist not only has to stop, but then turn around and look behind them for cars careening off the dual carriageway into the hotel.
Narrow, frequently overgrown or muddy, pavement designated as shared use alongside a busy, poorly surfaced road. Ends suddenly on the wrong side of a busy road if heading south.

difficult to navigate, awkward on a normal bike, nearly impossible on a dutch bike with rack, cargo bike or a kiddie trailer. makes this route to station almost impassable (especially with the limited access at other end of route)
